1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the bdt10 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and bdt10. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

bdt10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its service at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform players of significant changes via email or on-site notifications. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically.

2. Player Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with bdt10, you must meet the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any of these criteria may result in account termination and forfeiture of any associated funds or bonuses.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bdt10 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any pending balances being forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bdt10 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. We strongly recommend using a unique password and enabling any available security features. Please report any suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

• All information submitted during registration must be verified before withdrawals are processed. We may request government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time.
• Account sharing with any third party is strictly prohibited. All activity conducted under your account is your personal responsibility.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdt10 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds may apply and are subject to change. All current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously verified and used for a deposit on the same account. bdt10 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and internal compliance review requirements.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes. Any delays caused by the payment provider's network are outside bdt10's control.

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts on the platform (multi-accounting).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, identity theft, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.

bdt10 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Any suspicious transactions or activities will be reported in accordance with applicable laws. Players found guilty of prohibited conduct forfeit all account balances, bonuses, and winnings without exception.

11. Amendments to Terms
